The Recruitment Process
- If you have a job vacancy to fill we arrange to meet with you to discuss your brief, or take your requirements over the telephone or online
- We market the position(s) through both online and in the press or specifically target based on your requirements
- We search our candidate base and responses using our bespoke search capability to make sure you see only the very best
- We discuss and confirm with all candidates the role and if they wish to apply for the position
- We provide you with a CV summary and shortlist of candidates for your consideration and we will then arrange interviews with those you select
- Our team will progress your vacancy to ensure we are doing everything possible to fill the vacancy
- Finally, once an offer is made we will progress the start dates and arrangements
- As we value our clients and candidates we will contact you after the candidate starts in the role to ensure that all is going well
